about Major John Gofus
Major Gofus received his commission through the Air Force Reserve Officer Training Corp and earned a Bachelor of Science in Chemistry from Rose-Hulman Institute of Technology in 2004. He was commissioned as a Satellite Operations Officers for the Air Force Space Command. In 2021, Major John Gofus transitioned to the Space Force as a Satellite Manager and is now a Deputy Chief, Mission Protection. He earned his Masters Degree in Chemistry from the University of San Diego and his Masters of Business Administration at Pepperdine University. Additionally, Major Gofus taught Chemistry at the Air Force Academy. As an Education Officer, he hopes to “Help develop our cadets for our newest military branch.”
