Lieutenant Colonel Mark Burley
Lt Col Mark Burley is the Commander and Chair of the Department of Aerospace Studies, Air Force Reserve Officer Training Corps of Detachment 060 at the University of Southern California. He directs operations for a college-level officer training program and is responsible for the education, training, and commissioning of the next generation of U.S. Air and Space Force Officers. He instructs a curriculum covering Air Force history, principles of leadership, and National Security Affairs.
Captain Reynor Mañalac
Captain Reynor Mañalac is the Operations Flight Commander and an Assistant Professor of Aerospace Studies for the Air Force Reserve Officer Training Corps, at Detachment 060. In this capacity, Capt. Mañalac leads, recruits, trains, counsels, and evaluates highly qualified young men and women as prospective DAF officers. He is the liaison between the Detachment Commander and the Cadet Wing. Capt Mañalac instructs a curriculum covering Full-Range Leadership, Stress Management, and National Security Affairs.

major John gofus
Major Gofus is the Operations & Education Officer and Assistant Professor of Aerospace Studies for the Air Force Reserve Officer Training Corps at Detachment 060. Furthermore, as the Education Officer, she is focused on curriculum development, development of academic and educational opportunities, ensuring required objectives for courses, and certifying training for faculty. He mentors cadets through an aggressive training program during Leadership Laboratory and provides military discipline and career guidance. Additionally, Major Gofus is a member of the Space Force and instructs cadets about Space Force Operations and leadership values.

Major JaCqueline Salas
Major Jacqueline Salas is the Recruiting Flight Commander for the Air Force Reserve Officer Training Corp, at Detachment 060, University of Southern California. Maj. Gofus is responsible for an overview of all detachment programs, functions, and administration. Maj. Gofus supervises recruiting functions. He is responsible for the construction, management, and execution of all unit recruiting efforts. Maj. Salas instructs a curriculum covering Foundations of the USAF, Air Force History, Leadership, and National Security Affairs.

Master Sergeant Sadae L. Spicer is the Air Force Training Reserve Office Training Corps Instructor at Detachment 060, University of Southern California. Sergeant Spicer serves as the detachment’s key enlisted leader and primary enlisted advisor to the detachment commander on cadet academics, morals, and welfare for over 90 cadets from 53 cross-town universities.
