Sergeant Spicer entered the Air Force in September 2008. She graduated from the Personnel Technical Training course at Kessler Air Force base, Mississippi in December 2008. She has been enlisted for over 14 years and has held number leadership positions. Prior to her current position she was the non-commissioned officer in charge of Headquarters Eight Air Force, Manpower and Personnel office, Barksdale Air Force Base, LA. She is currently pursuing a B.S. in Political Science at Arizona State University.
